How do I place an order?

Simply choose a package, fill out our story form with details about the person or occasion, and complete checkout. We'll take it from there — no music knowledge required.

What information do I need to provide?

The more detail the better! We ask for names, the occasion, key memories or inside jokes, preferred mood, and any specific lines or phrases you'd like included. A short paragraph is enough to get started.

Can I order a song as a gift?

Absolutely — most of our orders are gifts. You can enter the recipient's name and have the finished song delivered directly to your email to share however you like.

Can I request a specific genre or style?

Yes. During checkout you can select from 40+ genres including pop, country, R&B, folk, hip-hop, jazz, and more. You can also describe the mood — upbeat, emotional, humorous, cinematic — and we'll match it.

How long does it take to receive my song?

Standard delivery is 24 hours for all packages. Rush delivery (add-on) gets your song even faster. You'll receive an email with your download link as soon as it's ready.

What file formats will I receive?

Essential orders include an MP3. Signature orders include MP3 and WAV. Premium orders include MP3, WAV, and individual stems. All files are delivered via a secure download link.

Can I get my song faster?

Yes — add Rush Delivery at checkout for an additional $49 and we'll prioritize your song for delivery within a few hours.

What if I'm not happy with my song?

Accepted Answer

Every package includes at least one free revision. If something doesn't feel right — the tone, a lyric, the energy — just let us know and we'll revise it. Premium orders include unlimited revisions.

What counts as a revision?

Accepted Answer

A revision is any change to lyrics, melody, mood, or arrangement. We'll work with you until the song feels right. We only ask that revision requests are specific so we can nail it on the next pass.

Do you offer refunds?

Because every song is custom-created from scratch, we don't offer refunds after production begins. However, we're committed to your satisfaction and will revise your song until you love it.

Can I use my song commercially?

Personal use is included with every package. For commercial use — advertising, social media campaigns, business branding — you'll need our Commercial License add-on ($75) or the Premium package which includes it.

Can I share my song on social media?

Who owns the song?

Accepted Answer

You own full rights to use your song for personal purposes. Commercial rights require the Commercial License. Robot Jukebox retains the right to use anonymized song excerpts as portfolio samples unless you opt out.
